Below are some of the more frequently asked
questions regarding the PSP Classroom. If you have any questions that
aren't answered below, please don't hesitate to contact me.
1. Why
is it beneficial to me to take PSP Classroom courses?
| Moon's Designs is known for well written tutorials, allowing
even the novice to be able to complete a more difficult task. The
PSP Classroom will have the same quality lessons. Patti was also
a private beta tester for PSP8, PSP9, and PSPX, prior to it going
out for public testing, she knows the applications. |
2. What
is the refund policy?
We certainly don't want anyone
to feel that they have to take a course
after they have signed up for it. Refunds
are cheerfully given at any point PRIOR
to the Class starting.
After a session has begun, refunds
are cheerfully given prior to the third
lesson given. However, there will be a
handling fee (15%) for my extra time and
effort.
If for some reason you cannot
complete the course due to computer
problems, medical crisis or a family
emergency be sure to contact
us. We will work with you and work
something out. |
3. What
happens if I don't pass the pre-exam for the lesson
I have enrolled in?
| You will be given the opportunity
to enroll in one of the other classes,
that you DO qualify for, or your money
will be refunded. |
4. May
I retake a course and what is the amount?
| Of course, you may retake any course. Returning students
will be charged $20.00. |
5. What if I have passed
one course and want to move on to the next course?
| If you have already taken a course with the PSP Classroom
and received your certificate, you may move on to the next course
at a fee of $20.00 |
6. Can I take
more than one class?
| At this time we are requesting that you only take one
class per session. We are limiting the classes to 50 students. If
there is openings for additional students then yes you make take
more than one class. Please contact Patti
for more information. |
7. Do I
have to have MSN Messenger to attend?
| No. However, it will be to your
advantage to have it. We will be reviewing
the lessons with all that are in the class
through MSN Messenger. A lot of your questions
that you might have will be answered there.
There will be a log for each MSN Messenger
session stored in the file section of
your class at Yahoo groups. |
8. I am having
a problem with a certain lesson. Are one on one sessions
available?
| If you are having a certain problem with a lesson, we will
have one on one sessions available for the Beginner user of PSP.
These will be available by our instructors and only at a time convenient
for that instructor. These must be the lessons in the Class. You
must have MSN Messenger in order for these one on one sessions to
take place. |
9. How exactly do these
online sessions work?
| We will send out the url's for the weekly lessons on Friday
morning prior to your class session. This will give you a chance
to review the lesson(s) and formulate any questions that you may
have. During the week we will have several online MSN sessions that
you may attend. After the session is over, a log for that session
will be uploaded to the Yahoo Group for you to access. You may also
ask any questions that you might have during the week to your Yahoo
Group that you belong to. Beginners 101 classes will have a weekly
quiz and all of the other classes will have homework to complete.
